The Town of Collinsville wants to include information regarding your civic organization, club, or church on its website and has reserved several pages for such content.  The content of these pages may include information and photos regarding organization activities, athletic or academic events, and other school or extracurricular activities.

Proposed content may be submitted on floppy or compact disk for publication on the website as follows:  

1)        Photos and other images or graphics should be in jpg, jpeg, or gif format (other formats may be accepted subject to compatibility);  

2)        Text should be in Microsoft Word format in Times New Roman, 12 point font;  

3)        Use of special fonts or page banners may be approved subject to software compatibility and accepted web publishing practices.

4)        Content submitted by means other than electronic media, i.e. type-written or printed text and photographs on paper will be considered for publication on a case-by-case basis due to the difficulty of converting such to electronic media.  

5)        Electronic media (floppys and cds) will not be returned, so make a file copy if you wish.  

6)        Though the Town will not be responsible for printed media and photos on paper, those items will be handled with the utmost care and will be returned as soon as possible after copying or scanning.  

Submittals should be delivered to the Town Hall and must include a contact name and phone number.  All proposed content is subject to approval by the Town of Collinsville and may be edited prior to publishing.
